| Users review: Saving Mr. Banks is easily one of the best movies that came this year. It told the story behind the making of Disney's beloved classic Mary Poppins, but it is so much more than just a decision will be typical movie. While many of these types of movies are not as good as the film is about, it is different. It feels like a companion piece beloved classic. It allows us to appreciate the trials and tribulations Disney was going to do it Magnum Opus. He waved witty humor and emotional depth, but it was not too cheesy or melodramatic. The film is also written as well as more personal than just a movie about making a movie. The real standouts are Emma Thompson and Colin Farrell. Its individual parts, it should be the best year, but the film is completely whole package.
